Returns Policy

At CanineHolistics.com™, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return most items within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange, provided the items are in their original condition, unused, and in their original packaging. In the unlikely event of any items found to be damaged during transit, a full replacement of damaged items will be made. 

**Non-Returnable Items:**
- Gift cards
- Perishable goods
- Custom or personalised items

**Return Process:**
1. Contact our customer service team at returns@canineholistics.com to initiate a return. 
2. Securely package the item, including all original packaging and tags.
3. Ship the item back to us using the return label provided.

**Refunds:**
Once we receive your returned item, please allow 5-7 business days for processing. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

**Shipping Costs:**
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part, or items damaged during transit.
